About
Why I Coach
I am truly inspired by the coaching process. Throughout the coach-client relationship, we develop trust, explore, navigate discomfort, dream expansively, experiment, set goals, develop a plan and work that plan. As a coach, I utilize my strengths: curiosity, challenge, support, groundedness, and humor.

My Experience
My careers in Skydiving, Dentistry, and Coaching have a common thread. Five years as a skydiving instructor taught me to foster trusting relationships, help students’ wrestle with their fears and discomforts, and achieve their goals in this stressful environment. These characteristics were strengthened during my 16 years as a private practice dentist. As the owner of a dental practice, I experienced the tremendous joys and challenges inherent in growing a thriving business and leading a team with a healthy workplace culture, all while sustaining my own well-being.
Whether I was working with an anxious patient or leading my team, I remained focused on maintaining strong and trusting relationships. These experiences, combined with certified coach training from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, have positioned me to coach business professionals from an array of backgrounds.
